Written by National Artist for Theater, Amelia Lapeña-Bonifacio, Papet Pasyon is the Philippines’ first puppet passion play for children and Teatrong Mulat’s longest-running play. The one-hour performance narrates the life, passion, and death of Jesus Christ. It has been the vow of Teatrong Mulat to perform Papet Pasyon for the young and young-at-heart.
