Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra: Switch (Concert Series III - Russian Masters)
For its third concert in the “Switch” series, the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra (Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra) will perform the music of the Russian masters Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninoff, and Prokofiev, under the baton of Music Director and Principal Conductor, Maestro Grzegorz Nowak. Russian pianist Nikolay Khozyainov will be the featured soloist in Sergei Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 2 in C minor. The program also includes Polonaise from Eugene Onegin by Peter Ilich Tchaikovsky, and selections from Romeo and Juliet by Sergei Prokofiev.
