TernoCon 2023
In partnership with BENCH/SUYEN Corporation and Barasoain Kalinangan Foundation Inc. , the CCP thru its Cultural Exchange Department holds the third edition of TERNOCON which focuses on the balintawak – the country version of the terno. The 12 finalists will undergo their second and final mentoring workshop and consultations with design and fashion experts this October.
